So I'll probably get flamed for this one. But I'd like to see a company make the GT500 bumper but with the top portion around the headlights to match the regular GT. Surprisinly I'm not a huge fan of the cobra headlight design, but I really like the lower bumper with fogs and chin spoiler. Anybody want to do a photoshop?

 

This was a quick job in paint because I don't have photoshop on this computer. Passenger side is sort of GT headlightish, Driver side is the GT500.

 

that doesn't look too bad... don't be surprised if that hits the market in the near future.

 

It should work out to be cheaper than the full GT500 front conversion ($200+ for the headlights, plus whatever the grill costs). And for those that are concerned with being a GT500 imposter, this would be a good solution.

Considering I used paint... pure luck Plus I really only changed that small headlight trim, and then filled in the grill with a copy-paste job.

 

The Shelby front makes the car look like it is smiling

 

The Saleen PJ edition already looks very similiar to this. Just add fog lights and remove the horizontal bar across the headlights. I heard on a different thread that it would be available for sale in December 06.

Can I give a suggestion? The lower grille should be narrower.

I think I still like the GT500 front end more, but this is a cheaper alternative.

 

You can do that but then it wouldn't look like the GT-500 lower half or the Saleen PJ front fascia.

Have you checked out the Xenon fascia? Not quite, but maybe close enough?
