Don't think that'd play a part in how they handle it and what not but you might be right

By no means does it justify him having to wait, but perhaps they are having trouble doing it and don't want to admit it, I've only seen square or flat things get done never a mesh grill

as soon as i say that it shows up. i opened it and they didnt put it all the way back together. the metal piece mounts to the plastic frame & the bolts are barely on the screws. ill post pics soon, i hate to say it lol but brad i probably shouldve just had it painted.
i guess its not bad considering all i paid was 15$ shipping.

It's nothing like powder coating. The pattern is just a giant decal that floats on water and wraps around anything that is dipped in it. Once that is done they shoot it with two/three coats of clear.

The grille is two pieces. The center piece that's mesh metal and the plastic surround. It's like the metal piece is done great its just the plastic that's not so great!

It scratches soooo easily too. Trust me. My grille hit it when I was first installing it and made some nasty scratches. Good thing was that several coast of plastidip filled them in. Just watch it as you're putting it all together. Can't wait to see it!
