Ok. I decided to upgrade to HID headlights and do the LED turn indicators. So I read TacoBill write up on the HIDguys product and I liked it. So I brought a 6000k HID set and LED turns. Well that was on the 3rd of this month. I only got a USPS shipping number with a shipping address confirmation. And its the same to this day. I tried calling and never an answer. Sometimes I can get to the voicemail and sometimes not (states the voicemail is full). Sent two emails and nothing. Its like this guy doesn't exist.
Does anybody have any experience with this guy?
I like to know. This is like my Bumper Wholesale situation. I had to filed a charge dispute at my bank to get a refund because of this same thing.

Wow. Thank god. I just got today. I guess my complaint should be with USPS then. The guy literally just delivered the order. Every thing looks there and complete and packaged good. I can't wait to install it.

Good news!
I have this HID kit and had one of the lights go out after about two weeks, I send it back in and it was replaced no questions asked under warranty.
Don't know why it happened but the turnaround was fast. To this day well over a year later everything works great.
Couple of pointers 1.) don't touch the bulbs with bare hands, its common knowledge, but some people may still not know this and 2.) if you use the two sided tape to hold the ballasts to the car, they will come loose eventually. You really need to find a way to screw them to the frame. Look at Taco Bill's hotlink and how JedCranium accomplished it.

Yeh there definitely good kits. I have 6k for head lights and foglights, the only issue I ran into was with the fogs I had to plug them in opposite of the way the instructions said. Wires must have been switched when it was made.
