I just talked with Patti she is very nice.
My only concern is this: The slits in the louvers are not real, just decals...........hmmm, I did not know this when I ordered from brothers, I called them , and they cancelled my order. If I do get them, It will be directly from 3M Carbon.
I will order them today or tomarrow .............Anyone see the c scoop inserts?!?!?!

Dallasw77- Yea, the dealer I bought my car from is doing the work on them. I was in last week getting my tint redone since it had some bubbles and we sat down and hashed out a price. The only want my car for 1 day so they can be sure to get an exact match on the paint and it blends well and then FORD will install the quarter louvers...

Any paint and body shop will spray them for you. Shop around and get the best price. Hey Ponygirl, I don't get it, exactly WHICH ones are "blacked out" so that you can't see through them. I want to be able to have real slits that will allow light pass thru them. So which company sells the "real open slits" in their louvres 3dCarbon or the Brothers ??? Thanks a lot for the info.

Both COmpanies sell the same ones. THey are "fake" louvers. They said they designed them this way so debre and dirt wont get in between the windows and the louvers. Since they are attached my 3m tape, it would be difficult to detach them to clean, and then re apply the 3m tape to put the louver back on.
I cancelled my order until I find out if there is anything better out there. These are cool, Just have them painted your car color, and then have the black "slits" painted on instead of using their decals. They still have the "grooves" they just arnt slit, they are solid.
I am not sure if any company has the "open slits" on theirs. If there is, I have not found it yet.
I will keep you posted if I find them..........

The 3d carbon boy racer's are painted black. Seen it at the detroit show.
Looks cheezy IMO but if you take it for paint, i'm sure the body shop
can cut them out.
It is too bad that the boy racer hood isn't available.I'm going to order another hood from ford (bubble wrap and store original)and duplicate .
Wish me luck.

its not tape on junk...a lot of your car is put together with 3M tape...badges, etc. the company has done a beautiful job with fit and finish. I have seen it first hand and it was very impressive...even my Dad liked it and he is a classic muscle car guy all the way

To each his own...I think it's junk....but I'm a purist...especially when it comes to the exterior of the car...I had a 70 Mustang fastback in 1973 which came with the factory option back window louvers...I didn't like those either...so at least I'm consistant!! B)
