I just ordered the 18x9 and 18x10 anthracite bullit wheels from mustang tuning. I have an 05 GT w/sct-brenspeed tune. I can't decide what tires to order, I've looked on tirerack and americas tire for reviews but need some real personal opinions. I live in Oregon where it rains a little here and there so I need something good all around more so for dry. I am leaning towards the BFG G-FORCE T/A KDW NT in a 255-45-18 and 285-40-18 in the back. Any other opoinions???? Anyone have pics with the anthracite color on a sonic blue?

 

I would suggest the Goodyear Eagle F1's for the rain, but they don't make a 285/40-18. Anyway here are my Anthracite DD Bullitts:

I've the geforce kdw-2's, 255/45-18 front 285/40-18 rear. For the price I don't think you'll find a better looking or performing tire in these sizes. Although we dont get alot of rain here, they seem to handle better than the OE tires, less hydroplaning over puddles at speed too. I accidently hit a section of road covered in 2-3 inches of water, going faster than I should and it just drove through it with no hydroplaning at all.

The tires are noticable louder than stock, over some roads they get really bad but for the most part it's not something I notice anymore.

Was driving the 15 into vegas and for about 20 minues or so, there is a patch of ribbed pavement that made the tires howl so bad I though my head was going to explode.

 

Just my opinion - I had the BFG KDW2 NTs on my first set of wheels and wasn't nuts about them - went with Nitto 555s on my anthracite bullitts and love em.....

I had Toyo T1-R on my acura, absolutely amazing wheels... Highly suggest them!
