help Gt 500 spoiler install

This thing is annoying! When it sits flush the holes to screw in are covered and half of the hole towards the front of the car is exposed. The only way to get the holes to line up is to move the spolier up a bit but then its not flush. Also noticed that it come with 4 screws and only two holes line up? Help please!

I do not recall if the same holes are used for the GT500. You may need to drill new holes to get the spoiler to sit properly.

The spoiler does not sit flush. I'm assuming you have the 3D carbon one. Drilling the two additional holes will help, but it simply does not sit flush. That said, I never notice it anymore, and have never had anyone at a show or the track notice.

Got it from lm performance. The problem im having is if I have it sit flush two of the holes on the trunk lid are exposed and none of the holes line up for the screws to go through. If i move the spoiler up a little bit I can get two screws threw and all holes are covered but its not flush.

I am anxious to see pics as I want to get one. I was worried about what you are talking about my self, and was wondering if the Ford one was any different from the aftermarket look a likes. Only problem is the Ford one is way to expensive and I can get the after market one painted to match and it still costs less. Glad it turned out OK for you and hurry them pics up I need to use them for guinea pig pics

I opted for the GT500 spoiler and the fit was excellent, no issues at all. But, was definitely more expensive.
