Question Headlights/Foglights

I like the color of these foglights, but i'm not sure if the kit he used is the only way to produce that color...

I would like to have my headlights and foglights match as well, I want a bluish light coming from both of them.

Any ideas?

Yeah, but what I was saying was do you have to get an HID kit to get a bluish light output like that?

No you don't have to switch to HID. There are bulbs out there that give you the blue/white color you're talking about. I haven't done any research so I have no idea what all is available or what looks good. Try a search there are a lot of threads about bulbs.

There are bulbs out there that have a bluish coating on them to simulate HID light, but I am not aware of H13 bulbs with this coating as of yet. You might find coated H10 foglight bulbs though.

HID ain't cheap. I dropped a lot of money on the headlights ($1199, although they now sell for $899) and fog lights ($150) to get it.

I'd recommend getting Silverstars for the whiter light if you don't want to pay full freight for the HID.
