Found this today at www.gefracing.com[attachmentid=27308][attachmentid=27309] Too late for me I went with the CDC ducktail and had to have holes filled. I still like the ducktail but this looks pretty good also.

I prefer the CDD or Street Scene, but think it would be a great option for someone who did'nt get the spoiler delete.

Like it even less than I did before.
Still waiting for a true Shelby (California Special) ducktail.

THAT'S IT!! THAT'S IT!!

It's finally available. I like this one every bit as much as the Shelby version. This is probably cheaper and available NOW! It meets all of the requirements I wanted. Yes, I have the stock spoiler now. One piece design, overhangs rear quarters, uses stock holes, looks good, and they'll even paint it!

Thanks for posting

Any idea if the hood on this body kit is functional? It looks great - similar to the RK Sport Ram Air Hood, and cheaper.

Overall, this is a real nice kit, IMHO.

Notice the GT500 spoiler on the latest spy shots shows it like this....
as opposed to the old way which had the 3rd brakelight on the spoiler itself and the one on the trunk gone....

Which makes it easier for people who want a different spoiler...easy fix

Ditto! One piece, painted, uses existing holes... I'm ready to buy it now.

Can anyone confirm that it does use the existing holes to mount?

Thanks,

Wow, big bump. I've seen a bunch of people with it installed, I don't see why the company would lie.

I'm getting it installed next week, it's getting prepped and painted now. I confirmed with a few on TMS that it does use existing holes and some said it didn't quite fit, almost though. When I received it, both ends of the spoiler where chipped. I have heard alot of bad feed back concerning GEFracing and there products finish, but what they advertise looks good, I guess until you get it.

I like the spoiler but have read some negative stuff on their quality. If you have to do work with it to make it fit - getting it painted before making adjustments might be a waste of $

same here, ive heard bad things about thier quality of the prodcuts, and the fit never looks to be right on the ones ive seen.

Guys... that is a spoiler, not a ducktail. Not impressed with Shelby/Ford putting this on the new Cobra. I'm not saying I don't like it... it does look pretty nice, and is a good choice for someone who has the factory spoiler to cover up the holes. But, it's not a ducktail. There's no substitute for the CDC and Street Scene ducktails IMO.
