Hi Im looking for a company who can do some graphics for my car. I want to black out the center of the hood like a boss, I have seen quite a few cars that have done it in vinyl and looks great. I did it once before, but it came all the way down the hood, i want it to square off at the end with a thin outline. I payed 90 dollars last time which was a fair price. I have since moved and yesterday called this guy Raul who does all the striped and he was rude and arrogant acted like he couldnt careless about me and quoted me $250.00 , i was quoted $ 150.00 to stripe my entire car from the guy who did my hoood intially. I would go back to him in a heartbeat, but he is in orlando and dont need to add another 500 miles roundtrip. So if anybody may no of someone who a company in the south Florida area who gives fair prices on stripes, I would appreciate it. And if your thinking of using this Raul character, don't waste your time, He is a jerk!!

 

who do you know in orlando that will stripe for $150.00? Let me know cause thats the cheapest Ive ever heard

 

this guy named Chris, I dnt have his card in front of me, but I can get the info. He does vinyl and windo tint, and i believe he was giving me a deal at 150.00 but believe still would give a great price. He is in Deland

 

Well I live in Clermont on the west side of orlando. Id love to get painted stripes but I can't afford them. Hows the quality of his work? And does he precut the strips or cut them on the car? I dont want anybody getting near my paint with a razor blade.

 

Where exactly are you at? My brother might know a guy who can help you.... lemme know your general location....

his work - then call him out and bash him on every mustang forum.
Maybe this way he loses some business and becomes

yes am taking your side. But be more specific on who exactly is the jerk and is over charging for his goods and services.
This way the rest of the members can avoid this guy like the plague. There are several members here who are truely commited to providing goods and services which benefit the mustang community. These people still manage
to turn a profit and have excellent relations with their customers.

Hey Yellow did he use precut stripes? I've heard of some that cut the stripes ON THE CAR. I dont want anyone near my paint with a razor blade.

 

well i guess that depends on what you want. He blacked out my hood, and he made it custom for me. He put stencil paper on my hood and drew it out with a pencil. Then he cut it from that.

 

Why not have them painted instead? I've seen stripes crack, fade and peel on other older Mustangs that have had vinyl stripes. I intend on getting mine painted.

 

painting is alot more expensive I wish I could afford that but I cant.
