Exclamation Got My Foose Nitrous Wheels Installed!!

I did the staggered 18's. 18x10 in back, 18x9 in front. The tires are BFG KDW. 255-45-18 up front and 285-40-18 in the rear...I love the way she sits now.

Great look. Did you get the wheels directly through Foose? I'm interested in the Thrustar wheels but can't find a supplier.

Hey Lee, Saturday's show was a blast. Can't wait to see the pic you took with your camera. Be sure to email me a shot. BTW, I'm glad I had my shades with me. Your wheels are so shiny, they almost blinded me. They look terrific.

Car looks good man!!! I don't envy you on cleaning those wheels though. I know it took me a LOOONG time to perfect the drying stage of my wheels and i only have the Chrome lips.

Good luck.

Sorry Lokius..... In person, the mirror covers really do compliment the car. It sort of goes with the flames. I actually have the midwest mirror covers. I never installed them. I'm just keeping my options open.

HiRoller... I'm confused. Awesome ride, and your blackout panel is exactly what I'm lookin' for. But your mod list says it's a SilverHorse honeycomb panel... which it doesn't look like it is. If you've swapped out the panel in the picture, which one is the smooth, black panel?
Thanks.

Oops...I swapped out the honeycomb panel. It didn't look right with the airbrushed rear emblem. It's just flat black vinyl now. It's actually the magnetic one from NYYANKEE. He's on TMS. He sells them on E-bay for 39.99 I think. It fits great and you can take it off whenever you want.

2nd question. Is the smooth, black magnetic panel an ABS-type of plastic, or is it like the magnetic panel I ordered from LateModel Restoration, which is a pre-cut, rolled up piece of black vinyl?
Thanks again.

Yeah... I've got two, one for my GT and one for my son's PonyPackage V6. It looks great in your pic, but I wasn't so sure when I opened the box and saw the vinyl. Yours gives me hope. Guess I'll go give the Stangs a bath and try 'em out. Probably a good idea to let then sit in the sun or at least lay 'em out flat for a day or so.
Thanks.
