It's made by AMI (Allsales Manufacturing Inc.).
I bought it at Galpin Auto Sports over here in SoCal after I saw it on their Boss 302 Stang. It is a quality billet piece. I like that fact that there is no visible "hole" to open the latch. It has a magnetic latch on the inside and when you push it it just "pops" open.

These pix illustrate the difference between the 40mm and 24mm offset. Look at the angle of the spokes. The 40mm one (black car) has less of an angle than the two 24mm offset pix.
