I like these better than 3DCarbons, but not quite sure if they beat NRT. Just because they look like they have some fitment issues following the quarter window glass. Mike, do you see what I'm talking about? WHat's going on with the fitment there, specifically towards the rear of the louver?

This was the first set off the mold- there is some minor tweeking to do but they actually fit very well. They come right up to the black seal on the window so you get a small black frame around them. They should be ready for sale in about 2 weeks. We need to cure the mold and run it a few more times before we start production. I dont have the part number here with me right now but Ill post it when I get to the office on Monday. I think they will be about the same price as the Gen 1's.

Sorry, I will pass. Can't stand the ones that keep the shape of the window, but they do look better than the first gen.

Thanks Mike,

Much, much better than generation 1's. Keep us informed when you'll start accepting orders, I'll buy a pair.

You got it Dark Horse- Ill let you know- it should be about another week- we have to cycle the mold a few times and do some more test shots before we go into full production.

What about water spotting? How good can these be cleaned if they don't come off?

Personally when I do get a set, whomever I choose to go with, I don't care if they come off. I am not worried about water spots on the window or alittle film from dirt. Besides, unless you are sitting in the back seat it's not like you are going to notice anyway. I had the shark kit, well that is what it was called, on my 77 cobra and those were not removable and the windows stayed pretty darn clean.

That is Mike's Mustang, and I really like these louvers too. It's a toss up for me between these and MRT now.

Yes thats my Orange Mustang. I dont know if you saw it , but it was on the cover of 5.0 Mustang last month. With regards to the louvers we had to make some design changes to them. As it turns out, they were a little too close to one of our competitors louvers so we are making some changes to the design. I should have new pictures of the new ones by the end of the week.
