Front spoiler for GT/CS

Has anyone found or is anybody working on front spoiler/splitter for our GT/CS? There must be some demand as we share fronts with the Shelby GT.

Mods. Why was this thread moved, it's GTCS specific. I can't ever find anything because someones moving it around all the time. It is an exterior mod but specific to GT/CS owners.

It might get more visibility here since some (many?) are adding the GTCS bumper to their "regular" cars.

Also, talk to ARP--they can custom make one for you if you want, though it is a bit pricing at $340+shipping. But hey, it would be a one-off.

spioler /splitter

Please look at the 2008 saleen S302 Extreme, front bumper ,I've seen this car up close the lower spioler/splitter will fit the GT/CS bumper , but it is costly $$$,see if you can get a Ford dealer to get you one , or try ( Saleen .com ),also see May issue of 5.0 MUSTANG & SUPER FORDS,

You also might want to try the GT500 front lip. It fit on the regular GT's after all.

I guess I'm looking mostly at a splitter, not the spoiler. It has a spoiler kind of integrated into the front fascia as it is, but it is not that large or agressive looking. I'm OK with it, I was just seeing what options I had.

I would want one too, but after talking to H&R Springs to ask about their car, they told me that the spoiler costed over $800 to do the one off...

Here's the car I'm talking about..

RIght? I almost got flamed when I asked the question a few months back, but I don't think that it looks like a duplicate, in fact, I think it would protect the bumper quite a bit...

I don't like the center section painted, I like it black. as for the spoiler, I like it... flat black not glossy. $800 prob. not. and not where I live with all the hills. Need the ground clearence.

I really like it. Flat black and its exaclty what I'd be looking for. Now if only a few dozen more Shelby GT and GT/CS owners wanted them for their cars maybe somebody like CDC, Street Scene, or SHR would make it for us.

Maybe roto molded, but the tool cost for pressure injection is going to be a killer on this one in plastic. I'd think a fiberglass one would work, but then you'll have to be careful of damage to the piece due to impact. Urethane / roto mold is the best idea, but I still don't know if it would be "affordable" for you guys on the end of it due to the production quantity - the bigger the piece, the bigger the initial investment, hence why fiberglass is such a good answer in low-production parts.

We're moving in a few weeks to our new showroom / production facility (more news as available) and it is only a mile from one of the best glass shops in FL, so I will get with them yet again to see if they have time to fit something like this into low-volume production.

Marcello, if you produced something like this, I'd buy one - at a reasonable cost of course.

and thanks for looking into it in advance. We'll do what we can to garner interest after you've figured it out.
