ask & ye shall receive.

I used the following:

fitting = 1/8" x 1/8" x 3/16" T fitting (made by Vacu-tite part # 47326)

these came 2 to a pack but you only need 1. Use the 3/16" end and attach it to the hose already going to the reservoir. The 1/8" ends will be going to each of the wipers.

Hose = 7/64" I.D. x 6' (28mm x 1.83m) Windshield Washer/Vacuum Tubing (made by Dayco part# 80209)

I ran the new hose from the driver side wiper attachment down thru the wiper arm hole in the cowl and under the cowl and to the 1/8" end of the 'T'. Cut the hose. Repeat for Passenger side.

All the parts were purchased at Pep Boys. Not sure if other stores carry the same items.

Hope this helps.

I would take some pics, but its dark out

DITTO!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have both been a big help! Just bought mine at Peb Boys in OKlahoma City.

FYI the part number for the 7/64 hose at the OKC store was 80205........could just be the difference in stores or regions or something, but it's the same diameter hose.
