The front 18x9's have been sitting in boxes in my garage for over 2 months. Last night I went to the tire shop with four boxes and came home with this! Nitto 555's, 255/45/18 up front, 295/45/18 out back. The car does ride noticably firmer with these, but not harsh at all. The steering response is also markedly improved.

Those do look great. I was told 295-40s rub the inside of fender.
Please report later if the do.

Thanks for the props everyone, and Happy New Year! Jeff, the car is lowered with Eibach Pro's. No rubbing in the rear and I've gotten it sideways a few times since last night so everything should be OK

Those really do look sweet on your MG!!! On a side note did the center caps come with the wheels or did you buy them somewhere else? Will those centercaps fit the OEM Bullitts?

Again

I too just got the rear rims in after two months. It was definately worth the wait. Tires are BF Goodrich KDW's, 255 up front and 285 in the rear. 1/4" spacers up front to clear the calipers. Louder than stock and a bit rougher but I don't think the wife will mind at all.

Thanks again everyone! The center caps came from Mustang Tuning as well. Mr Burke I expect I'll see you this Saturday?

That TR GT looks AWESOME!

Really, really, really, really nice !!!!!!!!

And yes SRQ, the lowering is obvious. Take a look at Itsthewife's and you can see the difference. Lowering is the only way to go with fat rubber IMO.
