Guys I think that this is what I have decided after looking at the pic for a long time. They are not new headlights but mearly a cover that has a peice that splits the light. It seems like that to me becuase of the red ring around the light. But who knows eather way I like it.

 

You are correct about it being a plastic cover. I'm starting to think it maybe a one-off made by the people who put the car together :bang: but hopefully with all the people on here, someone will know how to get these. Or see the possible demand and produce the cover. Anybody else have anymore information to add.
