Ducktail without Brake Light on a Vert

Thinking about what I'm going to do when I get my car, I definitely want a ducktail.
Like the look without a brake light as well. I know CDC offers the 3rd brake light option for mounting inside the window of a coupe, but what do vert owners with this setup do?
With the top down it's easy enough to get the lightbar, but honestly I think I'd just like a rollover bar even if it's just cosmetic. With the top up...?
What options are there to remain legal?
