A lot of options out there right now.... What do you guys prefer.. I need help deciding. Comments would be great.

 

CDC blows everything else away.

CDC, all the way!

 

SSE and CDC are way above the others. Personally I love they way SSE and CDC look and they are very similar. It comes down to whether or not you want the high-center brake light there. If you do, then you want SSE. If you want to keep the ducktail clean and move the brake light, then you want CDC.

It's really that simple. Everything else is secondary.

I have a vert, so I want the brake light where it is - it's definately SSE for me. Also, Mike's a good guy.

CDC, it looks good without being overdone and blends so well with the rest of the rear body.

 

I voted for Street Scene, but after further review, I think I like the CDC better. So subtract 1 from SS and add it to CDC.

 

I think SS is the most integrated & clean looking...it gets my vote.

 

The Street Scene ducktail is the best! It is better than the CDC ducktail because:

1. It allows you to use the factory brake light.
2. It fits more flush to the sheet metal where it meets the parting line at the bumper.
3. Some like it because it is taller than CDC's ducktail.
4. Some like it because it flares out rather than straight up like CDC's.

 

I like the styling of the CDC ductail because it's I think it's more subtle than the others. And believe it or not, I LOVE the fact that the stock 3rd brake light is covered up, I think it interrupts the retro look of the back end. The CDC lightbar is tre cool and and a clever solution for a 3rd brake light. You don't see it unless the brake is applied, and when the brake is applied, you see a ultra modern looking light, a perfect blend of old and new.

Awesome job CDC! Can't wait to slap it on my hiney.

Street Scene wins because it's of the 3rd brake light, plus it look as nice as any of them.

 

SSE is best b/c you can keep the 3rd break light.

CDC is nice, but I havent seen that rear scoop they used on that car before. There scoop on there webpage dont look as nice as the one they have there.

CDC looks the best to me. I just wish they had a cutout for the brake light.

 

I really like the Street Scene piece...it is essentially the same shape as the CDC unit, which I love, but retains the stock tail light.

I checked the SSE pages, but could not find a price on their ducktail...has anybody spoken to them and gotten a price? How does it attach?

 

You just contradicted yourself in that explanation...you think the 3rd brake light "interrupts the retro look" yet you like the "ultra modern looking light"
