I'm confused...my CDC kit works pretty decently, and the nozzles already look identical to the pic on the Rock Auto site for the Anco nozzle....

They may have changed the nozzels Paul. I still have the CDC nozzels on and they don't work to well (purchased the kit almost a year ago). I mean they do the job but not very well. I would go crazy though if I was still in NJ and had to deal with dried salt on the windshield in the winter.

Anyone find a source for the clips to hold the hose to the wiper arm?

I ended up small zip ties. The double sides tape on the harness clips that came with the kit are garbage.

Definite +1 on this. I don't think mine lasted a week before falling off, despite degreasing/prepping the arm surface where they mount.

Definite +2. I also tried the black zip tie but I didn't like the appearance. Right now I'm using black electrical tape and whenever I need a reason to get teed off I look at my windshield wipers . 55 bucks - tacky, tacky, tacky.

You can find wiper arm hose clips in any wrecking yard with GM vehicles. Pontiac Grand Prix/Grand Am have wet arm wipers and the arms are the same width as ours. I trimmed the tabs on a couple & silicone'd them back underneath the wider part of the arm as well. I think Sunfire and Luminas have them too.

Likewise.

We have the CDC kit and are pretty much 100% dissatisfied with it. I'd also like to see pictures of the Cervini washer kit, we're looking to replace our current hood with their '67 style anyway.

hi boltz,
here it is: http://www.ryderfleetproducts.com/cg...uct_detail.jsp

i hope it fits. i didnt get to 100% confirm. there is a minimum order of $15. so i also ordered dot 3/4 brake fluid as well to meet that minimum order requirement.

i called anco and summit to try to confirm that i'll fit. they couldn't 100% confirm for me. with careful review of official_styles posts, i just took the plunge and crossing my fingers. official_style is usually pretty onpoint with info.

good luck boltz!

i received the ryder washer kit and it doesnt look like it'll work.

im going to see what my body shop can do but at this point, im frustrated with what to use!

any ideas?

my shop was telling he how they can take the nozzles off my original hood but then they were worried about drilling small holes in my hood since its fiber glass......

My car is not a daily driver so I think I'll just leave off nozzles for now..I hardly ever used them anyway on all of my other cars I've owned. Does something need to be plugged up when I do this?
