Saleen Heritage you can remove the splitter if you don't like them.

Sorry to hear about the damage... but when things get settled, sounds like you will get some nice upgrades out of an otherwise bad scenario!

My vote is the GT500 bumper and KR trufiber hood. On my long term "to do" list, so nothing to show yet!

Hope everything turns out ok for you man that looks pretty nasty. This is what I'm wanting to do

Tru fiber is releasing a 500 conversion that uses the stock headlights and a gt grille. That's also a Steeda cowl, think it's pretty clean

Would also be good for you as it's different fenders, just my $.02

More info on TruFiber conversion please. I like the look, can visualize it pretty good just need to see actual photos...

Its at the shop as I type, man that a lot of stuff that got messed up. Radiator, grill, fogs, condenser, even my airbox has a hole in it

Where'd all the space go???? They had to bang the hood down to get inside and look.

Tell me about it.... About two weeks ago I parked on the road to get my hair cut and somebody backed into me and finished my drivers side quarter panel and barely got my front bumper, but still enough to have to replace it. All told around $2300 worth of damage...

Wow - I've heard of some places total cars out with this much damage. I looked at your pics again and since the damage is more than I initially thought I take back my first suggestion and would look at the GT500 conversion too.

My first choice would be the GT 500 conversion and my second choice would be the GT/CS . You cant go wrong with either one in my opinion

I really like the GT500 conversion, but alas the insurance company will not cut me the check. I argued with the adjuster for 10 minutes or so on how it would be easier for me to order parts than the shop but he kept saying "That's not how it works, you and the shop are put on the check. Then when works complete, you sign it over." I about laid into the guy right there but thought better of it...

I got the ticket, since I hit them. Officer said Florida has some stupid laws, and this is one of them. Best part about the whole thing. I told the officer what happened, and the other driver told the exact same thing. Funny huh

I hope to have an eta on when the repairs are finished, Silver Springs is just over a week away.

I had a similar experience with my insurance adjuster. They cut a $9500 check to me and the Ford Dealer. BUT the Ford Body Shop guy did exactly as I asked. I wanted the California Special bumper, the GT emblems removed and filled, antenna removed, etc. I also ordered a Cervini bumper. I paid for it up front and the dealership wrote me a check for the left over amount after all the repairs were completed and I picked up the car. Ocala Ford should be able to order the C/S bumper and treat you right. If not, then Ocala Lincoln/Mercury also does an excellent job. My family has bought cars and I have had them treat me right in the past. I am a 5th gen Ocala resident. Forest class of '89. I am sorry for your loss. Get it fixed and it will be better than before.
