Those are nice, to bad they don't have any larger diameters.

phun-ky, I don't know if the concept's 19" wheels will become available, the production model is supposed to have 18" ones.

BTW, I was reading on one of the GM forums and they all kept asking, "why does that thing have Z06 wheels?" The more I think about it and the more Z06's AND Dodge Viper's I see, I can see the resemblence between the 3. Food for thought.

Go back and ask, "Why does the Z06 have a Viper front end?"

Those look NICE! I'd rather see them in a brushed or painted finish though. Of course I'd rather see them with the '05 offset.

There's a rumor the FR500 replicas for the '05 will be out next month. Check out Mustang Racing. Look on the '05 Mustang page under wheels. It says FR500 and Bullitt - coming soon!

He even has them for the '05!
18x9" 2006 COBRA CHROME WHEELS RIMS FIT MUSTANG 2005
If those were black w/ a polished lip, I'd get them in a heartbeat.

Already asked. Nothing in Black. Chrome only.
Those look so good, I might have to go through the hassel of getting them painted.

I can get it done around here, the problem is, I don't want a solid black wheel. I'd have to have someone else go back and machine the lip to get the powdercoat off. If WheelReplicas doesn't come out with an FR500 style for the '05 (they said they are supposed to be available next month) I'll have to look into doing it any way.
It'll be a 4 step process at 4 different shops though.
1. sandblasting
2. powdercoating
3. machining
4. polishing
(5 steps if you include buying them from that guy)

Depending on what shops are available to you, you might be able to get it all done at one place. I've already done a little research and I know I can't.

I'm going with BF Goodrich G-Force KDW (new tread pattern) in 255/45/18
They're not the widest tire you can use on the rear, but I'll still be able to rotate my tires.

here's what i've ordered at the end:
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 255/45/18 all around (tirerack.com)

my wheels are comming this week. i've found a shop where they can do both sandblasting and powdercoating. i'm going with gloss black colour. price: $330 BTW: is it a reasonable price for sandblasting and powdercoating?

thanks for help ;-)

$82.50 a wheel for BOTH sandblasing AND powdercoating? Sounds OK to me.
I'd pay it.
Can't wait to see pics! What color is your car?
