Went to the dealer to order the chrome tips from the Ford accessory catalog and the dealer said they weren't avaiable yet! How do you launch a car and offer this in the book and its not available? I mean we are talking a 6" piece of polished pipe. Nothing with electronics or custom. A piece of pipe. Who is the supplier that can't make this dead line? Unbelievable.

I'd check other dealers. Call the parts department, not a salesman.
They look exactly like the ones offered on the trucks.
I'm pretty sure they're the same.
Anyone have part #'s?

Jason

Are the optional exhaust tips angled like the existing exhaust pipes or flush? Do these just tack-weld onto the existing pipe?

Anyone have a pic of the available chrome tips?
What is different from the ones that come on the car?

SixtySix don't tell me that. I was going to go and order them next! Something stinks here because at the dealership, the same one the parts guy said couldn't get the tips yet, they have an 05 6 on the floor with spinners on it. I just assumed ordering them wasn't a problem.

Thanks you found what the parts guy couldn't! It would be nice if the people had a little more on the ball. Ordered it, thanks.

66, I just ordered my car, and all i could get was the wheel locks, nothing else was available...It says right in the big book that they sat me down with" the following genuine ford accessories are available for the 2005 Mustang". There are 27 items on this list, I was interest in the cargo net, wheel spinnerslocking gas cap, wheel locks...well, i did get the locks, everything else they said was not available yet, does anyone know if those spinners will go on the bullitt style wheel?I think this would look cool!!!
I scanned this page that i had the dealer make me a copy of , but this forum will not let me upload it to this post, it says i cannot upload this type of file, its a jpeg, i dont get it???

Yeah, its funny to see the Ford Accesories picture. You can't hardly see the tip. You should make a picture that shows what you are selling.
