So I was browsing the lots this morning and came across a yellow GT vert with upgraded wheels as a $2500 dealer upgrade. The wheels appeared to be either 17" or 18" (it was up on a ramp so it was hard to compare to the sea of V6s and Saleens around it) polished chrome bullitt style wheels with the V6, pony badged and all, spinners as the center caps.

Anyone ever see these before? I'll try to get back out there one morning this week to snap a pic or two as I didn't have my camera with me and my phone doesn't have one either.

The ones available from Ford will accept the spinners. They are the exact same as the stock Bullitts, only chrome.

Then that combo must be what I saw. $2500 for them though? That's on top of the $6000 markup for the car itself. All in all they wanted about $40k for it IIRC.

Wow, that is really WAY too expensive. I just checked out www.fordaccessoriesstore.com and they have these same wheels for $264.29 each. That comes out to $1057.16 for four, as compared to the $2,500 your talking about. If your interested in these at all I would definately order them online.

I've included a picture so you can be sure that they are the same wheels that you saw.

You can also order them thru your local Ford Dealer for the same price.

The wheel you're showing is polished not chrome. The chrome Bullit is available as a Ford racing part and lists for $ 335.oo per wheel, perhaps more as I heard there was a price increase July 1st.
