I posted another pic, hopefully you can get an idea on the hood height.
Mike that pic looks awesome..Is there any way you could take a few pics of the underside ,especially where the hood struts would attach? Thanks

Thanks.I don't see why I couldn't attach the hood strut brace to the hinge piece and have it be sturdy enough Someone on this forum said that RK sport recommended not putting them on this hood

Trufiber also make hoods for Camaro and check out the underside picture. The two red box I marked is for the struts.

The guys at Alliance told me that they dont have any issue with this hood.

So if it works for Camaro, I dont see why it doesnt work for Mustang...

The picture mentioned above is a Camaro hood
I post it so that you can see that the hood can also take the hood struts,,

Your right, the struts attach to hood hinge, not the hood

Do you have a CAI? if so , did you have to mod your tune? I really dont think we would have to, but just asking. I ordered the 67 ram air from cervini with the ram air option.....not sure how it will dump the air over the air box area.

Yes, I have JLT CAI with tune. No changes to the tune are needed.

We really need some good pics of the under side of the GT-S (Ram Air) hood.

I like it but the hold up is the under side views. It will be this hood or the Cervini's 68 KR Ram Air Hood, I'm still on the fence.
