Are those side-pipes functional? Straight out of the cats without a muffler maybe? ... Hmm... $1300... includes the rear valence, rocker panels, and exhaust. I'm interested. Although, it looks like it sits pretty low based on the pictures in the other thread. Anyone know how much that car is lowered?

I like the side scoops, quarter scoops and the hood, but I really don't care for the rest. It looks too much like the other ones (i.e., BBR & Ronaele).

Youll notice on these window scoops unlike any others out for the 05, that they actually have rear vents in them, so hopefully these ones wont fly off the car from back pressure. Which the looks also add to the appeal as they look more functional than the rest. Just my thoughts. Good luck to all

P.S. It was stated in another thread that these side pipes are fully functional.

I agree, scoops and hood look nice. The rest of it doesn't do nothing for me.

I would actually prefer if the window "scoops" were not functional at all. That will most likely create a whistling noise at higher speeds when the wind goes through the side scoops. Personally though, I like louvers over scoops there anyway.

If I had to choose between vented or non-vented scoops, I rather have the vented ones since they'll probably not fly off the car at high speeds (over time of course, when the tape goes old). But I'm with acadian, I'll get louvers before I even think about putting window scoops

I ordered the window scoops when they became available last Monday and they said that they would be here in 7 to 10 days. Now I'm kind of worried. Will they really come off at hig speeds?

Not Cervinis, if they are vented, the wind goes right through, no resistance, but if you get others, eventually, I would think they might come off...

If you use an epoxy instead of double face tape, you'll have no problem of them coming off. We used an epoxy on mine BBR LNR scoops, then molded everything in to look like it was factory. will post pictures by the end of this weekend. Any way good luck on which every design you go with.

I called and checked on mine today and was told that they were shipped the 24th. I ordered the 13th. I'm getting anxious. Anybody know how much they'll cost to get painted. I haven't added anything to my car like this before and I don't want to get ripped off on the paint job.
