Has anyone tried painting the classic chin spoiler like the gt/cs front end? With the black in the center and just the sides painted? Just curious as to how it would look didnt find anything with search.

I can't find the picture right now, but I have seen it on a red mustang. It looks hot. I am thinking about doing the same thing on my tungsten.

I saw one car that didn't have a spoiler on the front, but there was black tape in the middle of the factory bumper, to break up the color. Its a good look. If you didn't know how it would look, just go find some low adhesive black tape, and tape off the middle part of the CDC Classic. This way, you can see if you'll like the black painted middle, without having to get it repainted if you didn't like it. Just an idea.

That was one of the choices I was considering,ended up going with satin black on mine as I've got the black-out taillight panel,black C-stripes & soon to be installed black large rear window louvers.
Here's the pic I have of the 2-color one.

That looks really good and I'll be painting my steeda cowl the same way steeda paints it on their cars i think it will be a nice look on the front with a gt/cs rear bumper on the back. Thanks alot guys

You know that looks great! I was thinking of buying the GT/CS front facia but I already have the CDC classic chin spoiler painted to match my car and I think I'm going to follow your lead and paint mine matt black too.
