CDC Aggressive chin spoiler

So i bought a cdc aggressive chin spoiler from LMPerformance. It said textured black, thinking that i would get a lip that is ready for install. i finally received it and it has this white S*** all over it but its the lip is black. any thought of how to paint it my self. looking for like a flat/satin black paint. maybe duplicolor, what specific type.? any help would be great.

Um... pics? I have suspicions, but would rather see what you got first.

And Bumper Black. Done.

houtex is right. that textured bumper paint seems to do a pretty good job and is easy. If I can do it, anyone can.

Why are the bolts at the bottom?

When I installed mine, I didn't like how flexible the bottom section was and how it bowed, so I fashioned a piece of flat aluminum and attached it to the underside of the spoiler using the same size stainless hex head bolts that came in the kit. I got these at the local hardware store. Then I found some aluminum mesh that matched the pattern in my bullitt grill and formed it in the opening to protect the air conditioning radiator. I sprayed the mesh with the same paint I used for the spoiler and eventually would have powdercoated the piece, but I traded the car for the bullitt. Anyway, that's why the bolts are on the bottom.
