CDC 1/4 louvers Yay or Nay

I got these for Pegasusphotox and I'm debating on whether or not to install them. Here's some pics I took of them mounted with putty. So what do you guys think should I put them on or take them off?? I know of all the other louvers on the market and the only other ones I'd consider are the DG Custom louvers. With that said please do not recommend any other louvers as I've already crossed out the possibilities.

Hey Leo. I say sell them, and pick up a set of Silverhorse Racing ones.

Thanks but after seeing a few pics I don't like the angle at which the louvers are at.

BTW-You forgot to vote.

Have you seen the SHR ones installed on a car? I don't think the angle of the louvers is much different than any of the others, really. And they are one step beyond normal louvers being flush with the car... and they look more OEM.

In person no. Eitherway I'm a 100% certain I don't want the SHR louvers. Nothing against them just don't appeal to me.

I like DGs better, which are actually made by Pacific Motorsports. They are flush with the windows and look more OEM IMO.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I really like these new Cervini's ones, they are the only set of louvers I actually like.

I was originally going to get those but after Calling Cervini's and finding out the opening between each louver was only a 1/4 of inch I changed my mind. IMO it's going to look more like a scoop than a louver. Plus I got a deal on these already painted and shipped to me for $100. With that said I resvere the right to change my mind if someone can score some better pics of the Cervini louvers.

They look better that other designs on the market, but I'm on the fence on these until I actually see them on your car. Yes, I've seen these on other Mustangs, but unless I see how it blends in with your theme, it's hard to make a choice just based on pictures.

If I must vote, I'd vote for the DG. (Then again, I'm a bit partial to them )

I did this poll already knowing what the results would be. I say this because I know most people like the SHR or DG. I remember when CDC first came out with these louvers they were all the rage. But now that there's more options they've become less popular.

So now that I know the majority of you don't like these specific louvers or perfer others I'd like to know what you think of them on my car. Do they look good? Bad? Fugly? Alright? Does the car look better with/without?

Leo, I think you asked for pics of my 65 Cervini's Louvers when they were in primer. I apologize I did not provide them then as I was San Diego for a bit. They are done and on the car and I will post pics after I get off work today at 2:30 pacific time. By the way, they are awesome!

I think they gotta go Leo. I'm just not thrilled about mounting things to paint. Like Bill, I'm partial to the DG's also.
