I am considering putting the California Dream Hood on my 06 Tungsten Grey GT but i also was looking at pictures of the original show car which was tungsten with satin silver stripes. If anyone has any pictures of any color mustang with a california dream hood with any color stripes could you post it so i could possibly photo shop it to my requirements, and if now please let me know what you think of combining the two.

I think it looks great with the stripes. Just like the '68 Shelbys! I happened to forego the hood stripes, but I sure do like them.

This is obviously not the California Dream hood, but I think the stripes look good on it...

I think this hood looks great with stripes, either Shebly stripes or the wider stripes that start at the openings in the hood (like the chop above). I'm just waiting for Burke0011 to get mineral grey stripes on his car so we can have inverted-color cars.

I really liked the california dream style hood, was looking for one before they came out and ended up going with a CDC Shaker System.

I'd skip the hood stripes and keep the car clean and classic looking, understated is always best.

I'd add stripes on the lower rocker panel and across the rear similar to the 68-69 Mach 1 style. You have a really nice car.

You know I was just going to mention how great that car would look with one of your pony's.

I think stripes definately go well with this hood!

The blackout on the Satin Silver looks grat! This is a great option that I've never seen!

VegasJay's bada** ride, obviously loves great with his style stripes!

IMO, you don't need to follow the scoops with this hood. I think the hood looks bada** without stripes too!

Yes - the Dream Car Factory -

http://www.thedreamcarfactory.com/

I think the cost is $800ish unpainted... A bit pricey.
