In the past week in Northern California I have seen 2 V-6's with ducktail spoilers, stripes and louvers. I think they both may have had after market wheels also. They had a decal on the back passenger side that said " California Concepts" in script. Does anyone know where Califonia Concepts is? I did a search and the only one that came back was a truck customizing company. They assured me they aren't doing it.

 

They are a whats known as a converter. They use Street Scene products on most of their conversions.

 

they have a shop in redwood city. they just put aftermarket parts on, they don't make any of them. they mostly do trucks now expanding to the popular mustang(where the moneys at)
