I just ordered a set of GT take off bullitt rims/tires. I was wondering if it's just an exact trade in and out with the v6 rims/tires or do I have to buy anything else to make them fit / look right?

No, they arent bolt on. Take it from me. You have to order powerhouse lca's and a detroit truetrac to make them work correctly.

Lol ok thanks guys I was just worried because I don't want them to arrive and then find out that I need spacers or something.

Don't forget you'll need a brenspeed XCAL2 tune and a CAI before you can bolt these on, too. At least w/ the XCAL2 you can set the speedo in case you decide to change wheels again, too. No such thing as single mods or 'just bolting on' one more item. You need to do your mods in groups. I've got the truetrac like FAZM does. When that was going in, we were doing the pedal upgrade. We compressed the brake pedal (and hence the rear calipers) while the rear calipers were off the rotors because the axle shafts were out. We had fun uncompressing the calipers. That'll make your 'bolt on' mod last until 2AM right quick

Got mine from Saleen today, 4 boxes only had a piece of packing material (foam) sitting on top of the rim so the tire seemed to move around in the box pretty freely. Came UPS and no damage to boxes at all but I'm in San Diego just south of where Saleen is, so the UPS guys didn't get a chance to throw my boxes around much.

You're right. It's the lug nuts that need to come off first

Great...that's the one thing that made me hesitate about ordering, Saleen's shipping dept. Guess all I can do now is cross my fingers and wait
