Brighter front side marker needed

Brighter front side marker needed

Does anybody know if a brighter bulb will fit in place of the standard 194 front side marker light??....and if so what is the bulb designation??

921's are the same size, but much brighter (like 2-3x)

Thanks Torch...wonder if heat build up would be a concern...?? I woudn't think it would be 2-3x as hot....

Stands to reason a brighter filament will be hotter, but it shouldn't be that much. The 194's aren't that hot to start with as bulbs go, so it might not be an issue as long as they're not going in a tiny enclosure.

Just a further note. The glass envelope on the 921 is slightly bigger (base is the same). This might be an issue if the location is really tight.
