I got my Smoothie II's Tuesday from Discount Tire Direct. The shipment was correct and the wheels are awesome. I put them on and the ride is great. I have had no issues with the wheels or tires. I admit I was a bit nervous after I had ordered because there were the issues posted that people were having problems with Boyd Coddington wheels. I just wanted to post this to show there are also positive results with these wheels. I will take pics this weekend and post them.

 

Did you get the 18x8 or 18x9?

yeah, likewise, glad it worked out for ya. Just in my own opinion though, I wouldn't buy anything from Boyd, I do not like his philosophies and work ethics [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsdown.gif[/img]. I do like his wheels from a products standpoint though.

Good for you! I'm glad to hear that you had good luck with the wheels. From the reports I've read it seems that quality control has been a big issue since ole Boyd supposedly sold off "Boyd Coddington Wheels".
