Man, I am so sick of this "bling, bling" crap. Don't get me wrong I tought 17s were big back in the 80s. I mean it's not like they are spinners (and yes those are the stupidest wheels ever made). Everyone has there opinions, is just some are better than others. Those wheels look good. While they may not be your favorite wheel, don't bash them just becasue they're not fake cobra wheels and or 4 lug cobra Rs. You can hardly even tell they are 20s, unless it was stated. They look more like 18s on the sn95 cars.

 

It doesnt have to with size, its the design and the chrome color of the rims.. I would take Peter's rims in the 20 inch size anyday. There is nothing bling about those 20 inch rims.. Its about the design design design, not size..

 

Yeah, your right they're not black bullits. If your gonna put chrome on anything it would be a black car. Maybe you could post some pics of Peter's wheels for comparison.

What do you have to do to make the speedo correct when you go to bigger wheels.Didn't you at one time change a gear or something in the tranny to correct for wheel size.

Those chrome wheels look so goooooooood on that black car. By the time I get my black vert, I am going to have all these ideas that I will want to do. Just know the better half will be female ******* about the money, but I have to have my toys.

the stang has 20's and there is still a lot of space in the wheel well... i wish ford can make those wells just a tad smaller so 18's dont look like 16's

 

I like them. Although I wouldn't personally choose them. I think they look good & if you like them then that's all that matters. BTW Change of subject ~ Is that 5* tint all around? That's waht is going on mine, even though the legal limit here in TN is only 35*. And I haven't seen any 5* all aound yet.

sscobra ~ I happen to like the spinners thank you. At least certain ones, I am not a fan of ALL of the spinner wheel. Besides who cares if they look getto or bling bling, or whatever. I like them & if I could afford them they would be on in like 5 min after I got the car. Like you said everyone is entitled to their own opinion & well, that's mine.

 

wow I love the way the 20`s look on the 05...not a big fan of huge wheels but those look great on your stang...Good Choice!
