I can't stand any rim that has the little "rivets" in them. I prefer a smooth lip/surface.

Halibrand Cobra III. I think you can get them through Discount Tires Direct.

I'm thinking about going with these in 20s... what do you guys think?
I like 'em. Do they have a 5 "spoke" version? [/b][/quote]
The closest thing they have in 5 is this....

Rivets look tough. But only good if the spokes are not chrome.

What do you guys consider too much bling-bling? Some people say the same thing regaring chrome bullits.....

I wanted the AR Rebels, didn't like the backspacing so I ordered a set of 18" AR Torq Thrust II's Chrome. So if that is bling-bling....then I can live with that :P
Adrenalin, when are we going see those AR Torq Thrust II's installed on your car. I'm dying to see them (I love them too). I'm going to be ordering my 06 Mustang GT in May and seeing your wheels will help me to decide what wheels to order. Thanks

I've had requests for me to post the wheels used in my avatar. If you don't recognize them they are from the FR500.

Thanks. That's what I thought they were. Guess I was hoping they weren't since no one has made any for the '05.

I have a link on my other computer, I'll post tomorrow. Check Unique performance, they have them too (for sale I think). I could only find 17's, but they also had all chrome version. Chk back Monday evening...

I really like the Boyd Coddington Smoothie ll's. I will have them on by spring/summer. I'm still determining what size tires I will go with. I like the 255's on the front and 285's on the rear. Going with 18 x 8 and 18 x 10's.

I have seen the FR500 wheels for the 2005 somewhere. I don't remember where, I'll have a look and post once I find them. They even had different finishes to choose from.

Are you thinking of the pics someone posted of the '05 V6 with a set of 94-04 FR500 replicas? We had a "discusion" (argument) about those the other day. If that's not what you're thinking of, PLEASE, PLEASE find them. I would LOVE to get the black ones for my white '05.

Boyd Coddingtons. WAAAYYY to pricey. But you order them and they make your set when they get your order. Kind of like Burger King I guess.

Same with Foose. Really nice rims, but a large percentage of the cost is in the name.

I don't think Boyd's or Foose's wheels are to expensive... those BBS wheels a few posts back are $715 each at Tirerack. That's expensive.
