Oh I see...my 18x9.5s are 50mm offset, might be a little more difficult with the clearance on the front struts.

Oh yeah man - its a shock - welcome to the jungle

i am running and have been running 18x10s front and back, with 285/40/18s. they do not rub or scrub at all and look great IMO. why go with 275s? currently they are american racing torq thrust IIs 7.25" backspace, same rims front and back. i want chrome, so i will be running 4 18x10 american muscle deep dish chrome bullits this spring. 275 on a 10" rim looks too narrow IMO, i am actually going to run the 285 up front and go wider on the 10" rim when i burn up the tires.

My wheels are the AM DD 18x9 bullitts. I wasn't sure how well a 285 would fit the 9" rims......... I think the 275s all around look nice.

Not 100% sure but I THINK 265s are advised as the widest - but you COULD pull off 275s..... thought I read that somewhere - anyone confirm?

So Tom, any projected date when the new wheels and tires go on?

Sure Dave......... when the additional 5" of snow from last night begins to melt...... I finally caved last night and took them from the family room out to the garage. It's been 5 degrees or COLDER for the past week and this week, so the snow isn't going anywhere fast.

I stole the wheel setup from Dave (Burke0011), except he's got 18X10s in the back while I stuck with the 18X9s all around. Hey Dave, want to post a pic of that awesome car of yours to show the wheels?

Here's some pix of Burke001's car with the AM DD bullitts- again, I have 18X9s and he has 18x9s and 18x10s. I gotta give him lots of credit- I think his car looks incredible! And he's the reason why I went with them- I fully admit to copy-catting them!

But I do think they'll look better on my car..... LOL!

Adam, I love those wheels! I wanted those for a long, long time but I just couldn't pass up the deal I got on the bullitts. Your wheels are awesome though!
