Well I got them working. You have to connect 3 wires to the OEM headlight harness. I am challenged when it comes to wiring, but my brother whom is a electrician stopped by and lended a hand. It's such a simple install and I would recommend this product. Will have pictures and a brief write up tomorrow sometime.

Jason - congrats and can't wait to hear how you like them and see a pic if possible. Question...how did you decide what color to get them in - given there are 5 to choose from....does the BMW525 that you are comparing to have that same range....are the different color temps any brighter per se or just a different color ....sorry for the 20 quesitons - just that your deal is by far the best I've ever seen for true HID lighting. Also, any issues with heat and the stock headlight lenses, etc?

I choose 4300K because I did some research and found that's the closest temperature to BMW, Audi, MB, etc. I'd probably stay with that color, but 6000 might be a better choice if you want a hint of blue. As the color goes up, light out put does decrease though. I have no problems with heat because HID's run cooler than halogen bulbs. I really enjoy this kit and it puts out great light. It's a huge improvement over the OEM bulbs. The install is very simple and all you need is a few hand tools and electrical tape. I will post a write up sometime in the near future on how to connect the HID harness to the OEM light harness. That's very simple and since there are no online instructions, it took a bit of time to plan on. My pain is your gain Now for the pics! Sorry they aren't the best since I just bought this new Cannon digital camera and am getting used to it.

The last pic is the 545i on the left and the Mustang on the right. Pretty **** close, huh?

any shots of the high beams? They look very nice, especially compared to the 545. I bet they would look identical if you had projectors just like the BMW, I think I may order a set if the high beams are bright enough for me

No pictures of the high beam yet. The low beams are bright enough where the only place you need to use them is out in the sticks. My family has a place in Wisconsin and I drive on two lane roads to get there, so that will be the real test. The high beams work great though!

I'm kinda liking the stang's lights better. They seem to more white, and less blue. Very clean looking, I never really liked the blue tint to the lights. Looking good man.

Bulb number for GT500 fogs?

Would like to upgrade the fogs on the GT500 too. THe bulb number for the regular GT fog lamps is 9145 or H10. Is the bulb for the GT500 the same?

Probably won't be for a while. My car was rear ended and will be in the body shop. They work great though.

well this is a nice find, if you want the hi/lo kit h13's it says 276.21 shipped to the door with the code. the 220 is for the low beam kit only with the code. Good luck. Hopefully they will be around in a month or two when I can afford them.
