The honeycomb tail light cover.....it was too freakin cold to take pics....will post as soon as it gets above 50 degrees here......no ideas on under the hood yet.....I had a spoiler installed (GTAP) and now it looks like crap with the bolts showing....going to ask the bodyshop if they have any ideas on how to make it look better....

The Moss Motors tail light bezels go really well with the honeycomb panels. Just gotta spray them with some bumper black paint to match since they come tinted clear.

Did you take the hood cover off to paint the Ponies? I looked at mine last night and was thinking about doing this myself. Sure does look good. Seems like it would be kind of hard to do this with the cover in place. Just curious.

I got a paint pen in silver and one in black from walmart for 2.50 each. colored it in while hood was on. Just take your time and keep shaking the pen..Black pen was for when I messed up w/ silver one
I lied. it was 5.00 w/2 pens!

Me too! I would love tro find a different hood liner.
A one piece flame blanket or a new idea to cover the ugly felt like plangewt we have now.

All the liners I have found so far ....Jegs, JC Witneys etc are not big enough to cover it in ONE piece.

Any sugestions or ideas are weelcomed.

I've ordered this. It hasn't arrived yet, so I can't give you anymore info than this page, but it's hopefully worlds better than Ford's blanket.

I like that. Let us know what you think of it. Does anyone have a problem with their intake cover rubbing the factory hood mat. I almost have a hole rubbed through mine from the intake cover.

Yes, the hood blanket has rubbed off some of the paint on my custom painted midwest cover. So I'm actually having to buy some redfire touchup paint to correct this.

I use 2 soft washcloths and lay it on cover. the liner keeps it staying put. Has not worn any more because of it

My hoodliner from WMS just arrived. My car is at the paint shop getting the final buffing and first coats of Maquires NXT wax. It will be home late Friday afternoon, if it is bright enough I will snap some pics for ya'll.

One side of the liner is "bumpy like standard auto ABS plastic, the other side is perfectly smooth and shiney. Which leads me to think that it would take a few coats of paint. One idea is to paint it bright silver to match the custom all pieces I had powder coated. My duaghter suggested that I paint the liner body color (Mineral Gray) and add the same color stripes under the hood as above! I might just to that.

But for now I am just giong to install the blanket as is and see how it holds up.

NOTE:
1.The sent a rubber gasket for the WMS intake crowd.
2. They included a 20" x 7" black vynil running pony decal.
Black vynil on blavk plastic...hmmmm
3. A complete set of new push in liner pins.
4. 8" of double stick tape ** To use around the side if it hand low and you want a tighter fit.

Again I will update you when I get it installed.
