Anti-Theft Spinners Question
A LONG time ago here, like 2 years ago, someone came up with a way to secure their spinners to prevent theft. Does anyone remember how that was done, or does anyone have a way? I only remember they did something through the back of the wheel.
John I think what was done is a circular piece of wood maybe 1/4" thick was put on the back side of the spinner. Something to do with keeping the metal ring fully expanded, thus keeping the spinner from being removed without taking the wheel off of the car. Make sense?

Could be. I'm trying to get my 05+ Centercaps to fit in the diameter of a pre 05 wheel center. Maybe I'll end up JB-Welding it. I want the chrome ring and the tri-bar pony. It fits in and snaps into place, but it's not 'snug' enough for comfort.
