Have any of you found a way to put the 05+ tri bar pony centercap into an aftermarket bullit wheel such as those offered by americanmuscle.com. Their wheels still use the 99-04 centercaps. I've heard the 05+ centercaps prongs aren't deep enough to snap into place. I'll be getting some 18" chrome deep dish bullits in the near future. Thanks for any feedback.

Ah, so that's what the difference is. I'm wondering if it would be possible to machine a groove in to the wheel from behind on a mill or CNC, just to give the prongs on the center cap something to grab on to.
