Just installed this yesterday.Awesome company and great fit. I like it because it doesn't have 3rd brake lite and it is slanted. Special thanks to MIKE(can't remember screen name,but I'm sure he'll chime in soon) for recommending them to me.

well I am not sure about where you live, but isnt the 3rd light have to be there after certain year models, as part of the safety inspection. I think if its a newer car, in my area you have to have the 3rd light or they will fail it. Just wondering if that is the case in your area.

 

His 3rd brakelight is still under the spoiler. He doesn't have the CDC which covers it up so the lightbar doesn't need one.

I can tell you from personal experience that the bar is in no way obtrusive. When sitting in the car, I don't even see it in the rear view mirror when the top is down.
