Adjustable splitter

So far I have foiund that Steeda has an addon, Roush and Saleen mold theirs into the front air dam... but does any vendor make a real adjustable splitter? You know, the kind with the metal struts on both sides for changing the angle?
Ideally with a cheap black replaceable wing piece. After all, we all have parking lots and speed bumps to deal with once in a while
