Thumbs up

I'm just curious about the fanblades option for next year. When I first started looking at the Mustang, I really wanted those wheels. However, when I look around, almost half the cars driving on the road today have some sort of fanblades on them. I don't want my cars wheels to look like all the other cars out there. Even many suv's have factory fanblades. What's your opinions?

I'd rather see the Bullitts in a deeper design in the same dimensions as the fanblades.

I'm glad I went with different rims than the fanblades. I like them a lot better

I actually like the fanblades as well as chrome bullitts.

I think this car needs relatively chunky rims. Thin spokes just don't do it (see Steeda).

I dunno, looking at these pics you'd be hard pressed not to like them.

Except, if the show car had 9" widths for the fanblades, why does it look like we are getting 8" wide ones in 06?

Ron? Don't they look like they belong on a F150 or Explorer...."something", but not a Mustang?
They aren't bad looking wheels in general...definately seen worse (ten-holes, tubines), but they do not look good (to me or Ron...LOL) on a Mustang.

Same here.
Have you guys seen how many cars & trucks have them? Subaru, Toyota, & others. Ford, if you're going to copy someone else's wheels, at least make the ones that are half way descent.

I'm glad I'm not the only one then. I used to like them until I've seen every other car on the road has some sort of fanblades.

or Matthew!!!!
I hate to say it, as bad as I hated them originally, but I'm starting to like the 05 Premium wheels. Maybe b/c my car has been slammed to the ground, but they are still growing on me.

To each his own....but even the premium rims are just versions of other types. BMW has a rim just like it. I have them and like them........rims are like fashion, there are rims that just become "in style".

There are quite a few fanblade style rims which isn't so great, but these look better than the others which appear plasticy.

To be honest, I really haven't seen any rims that put me in awe as of yet.

Of the previous version of the stang I used to love the saleen rims and even the original five-star rims early in the run.

I'm not all that thrilled seeing as spring is practically here and i need summer rims/tires.
