Have a 2008 mustang gt and I want to put the new 2013 mustang gr tail light in it. Is there a stiright bolt up for this. And can you help me find it.

A direct switch won't work..the tail lights are completely different shapes. The aftermarket is bound to come out with something eventually...maybe?

 

I think there's a thread somewhere on here where American Muscle said they are working on something like this, but there's no date for when it will be available.

 

No this is no joke. I tryed to find it but could not. So I thought y'all might be able to help. I looked on AM and they didn't have any thing, with they would hurry up.

 

Well, like they said, it is a completely different shape. I don't know how it would look as far as the lines of the car, but you could always try doing a rear end conversion to the '13. It would take a lot of fab work, and a TON of money, but that's the only way.

I'm currently working on a design to make vinyls for the '05-'09 body. I already have them for the '10-'12 body.

 

I seen about 2-3 new edges with 05-09 front ends idk if they sell a kit or what, looks like crap btw

2010 is a lot closer match for the new taillights. 2005-2009 not even close. Goto a dealer and just have a look and see.
