I nearly flipped out when I saw the ducktail from a distance, but upon a closer look noticed it was molded in - wow!!

OK, the guy who had the silver GT with the ducktail was the partner in a shop that's making a bunch of body parts for the 05: hoods, side window scoops, side body scoops, 3 versions of the ducktail (molded, single piece and three piece). The only website he gave me was Vantage Sports Cars, and the name of the company was Car Toys. The web site doesn't say anything about the 05 though Here are more pics of some of the cars at the show:

Dave,

Sure hope you have more information or you are really gonna catch some flak from the duck-tail crowd!

Yeah I know, and believe me I had the guy cornered for a good 20 minutes asking questions. He added that they're gonna do an Eleanor kit with side exhaust.

Silver 05 with chrome 03/04 Cobra wheels. They did stick out a tad on the rear, but the wheels go great with the clean lines of the 05. He had 275/40/17 at all 4 corners.

The black "King Cobra", from the same shop doing the molded ducktail. Those are 18" Foose (Speedsters?)

This car wasn't parked among the cars at the show, but the side louvers caught my attention (Street Scene?) I had looked all day for an 05 with an aftermarket exhaust so I could hear it in person, and this car had the JBA axleback, but the owner was nowhere to be found. The black "King Cobra" had Flowmasters, but I missed it leaving and didn't get to hear it either dern it!

Last pic. All in all I enjoyed the show, even though there were maybe a total of 15 05's there. Don't get me wrong, it was great to see them all together. The only colors not represented for the 05's were white and WB. It was a great show and the weather gave us a break, as did my fever 99* last night, and now back up over 100* Enjoy the pics - and as I said, I got as much info from the ducktail man as I could.
