Both are real nice, and I think a lot better than either wheel (Bullitt or machined AL) now offered. My preference, and a small one at that, might be the top, unpainted one. It seems to be more the satin finish than the polished version of the fan wheel. But I can also see where the painted (lower) version would look sharper on some colors than the unpainted one.
Whichever Fanblade wheel, I just hope Ford get's off its duff and gets them on the Stang ASAP.

No offense, but the photos of the rims stink. You can't really distinguish them, I didn't realize the bottom one was painted before I clicked on the thread link inside the posting. I'd have voted for the bottom one by judging from the small pictures, but I really prefer the polished ones after seeing the larger photos.

Where is the "not a big fan of either" option?

All the more reason to have a "none of the above" choice.
Those powers that be should know how many people think they need to go back to the drawing board and try again.

Why do I think someone from Team Mustang asked Brad to conduct this pole, particularly since the wheel manufacturer is having problems polishing the spokes such that all the pits are removed. Fess up Brad.

You can make polls and statistics say almost anything you want.
It just depends on how you ask the questions, what parameters you want to put on the results, and what you want the results to APPEAR to be.
This way they can say "Look how many people like our new & inovative wheel design. See how creative and 'right on the money' we were with these wheels"
Yeah, sure. That's realistic.
I'm sure there a lot of people out there that LOVE these wheels and there's nothing wrong with that. We all have different taste, and I'm sure a lot of '06's will get ordered with them. But I'd be willing to bet most Mustang fans don't.
So if this really is being sent to Team Mustang, the poll should be fair.
Here's ONE vote for none of the above. Anymore?

I'd rather see 18" versions of the current GT wheels, or a Magnum 500 look-alike.

Being honest here - I don't like either one of the two choices. My vote would be for something along the lines of Bullitt style (a new design/color combo) and/or a Magnum 500 style wheel.
But I gotta say I sure don't care for either of the two in the poll. Ugh!

I definitely agree. The TorqThrust style is awesome! Make mine with black center sections, polished or brushed rim lips, chrome lugs and caps and I'll be dancin'!

Has Anyone Noticed that the 18" "Fanblades", Look Amazingly like these wheels?
Why not Paint the Center of the Spokes Silver?
They also remind me of the FR500 Wheels if the Centers of the Spokes were cut out.

Thanks, Brad.
It's nice to know someone at Ford will read the opinions of real Mustang Enthusiast.
Whether we agree or not doesn't matter.

I'm with those that feel that neither look is all that. I like the current GT wheels better (both Bullitt style and machined style). I also really like the Shelby-style V6 wheels with the spinners! How about 18" in those?! I voted for the polished look though because I felt they would look the best with the most colors.

I forgot to even mention that.
Hey, Ford, GREAT job on the V6 Halibrands.
One problem though... They should be offered in 18's for the GT!
They would look better than ANY of the other wheels!
