255/45/18 up front - 65Mph - Speedo reads 64.67
285/40/18 out back - 65Mph - Speedo reads 64.52

I don't think you can run 285's up front, but I'm pretty sure they fit in back. I have only found one decent set of matching tires in this size though.

Tell that to Roush... Even I was surprised to see they are running 18x10 285's all around!

Yup, you can run 285's all around. I went with BFG 285 in the rear and 255 in the front, that way all tires were 27" in diameter. I didn't go with 295 or larger because the diameter was not matched with the front.

Steeda is running 18x9.5 all around with 285's, speedo recalibration shouldn't be a problem either if you've got a chip it can handle it, I thought about running 275's in the front and 295's in the rear, I want to go wider then that in the rear but can't find any pics or legit info on if the new body style can tuck 305's or 315's. 18x9 will support a 295 tire.

How do you go about getting a speedo recalibrated?

I ordered 18x9.5 wheels with 255/45-R18's. They should be in next week. I thought the 275/40-R18's looked too low profile to me (without lowering car of course). I thought about going 275/45 or 50 but they were too hard to find.

Murray - you must recalibrate your speedo when you change the diameter from the original wheel you had on.

For example, I think stock is 27.2" therefore anything that changes around an inch or more changes you actual reading on your speedo. You might be going 65 mph but your speedo read 64.

I hope I got that right...I think that was how it was explained to me.

Check this tire calculator on this site. It is very helpful (I know it's almost on all the threads).
