18" polished wheels with spinners?

Does anyone know if the factory spinners will work with the 18" polished wheels? Does anyone have a picture if this set up?

Not only do they fit, they look great. Are those the Ford ones? If you don't mind, where did you get them and how much? Thanks.

I purchased the tri-bar spinners from my Ford dealer. Just use small screw driver, pop off the original caps. Just push the new spinners in, 10 minutes for all 4 wheels. LOOK ON EBAY I HAVE SEEN THEM FOR $60.00, but they suck you dry with the s/h. Ford price is around $89.00, well worth it !
