18" Bullitt Wheels from Ford Racing on V6ers

Can any of you wise guys tell me if you had any problems fitting the new 18" OEM Bullitts from Ford Racing on a V6???

I read on a magazine ad that this wheels will not fit up front because of the calipers, and I was ready to buy some until I saw that, so if somebody knows anything about it, and cares to comment it will be greatly appreciated it, thanks.

18" OEM Bullitts

But yours are aftermarket, the 18" that I'm asking about are the OEM from Ford Racing available as options on the 2007 GT's.

yeah i bought those and they are real close to my claipers... like dangerously close... im trying to think of a way to move the caliper out or have someone make a shim to push the wheel out the slightest bit but ill keep you posted when i think of something...

I had heard it was due to the V6 Hub on the rotor (unsure though) You could get the Saleen take offs for $100

Really, the 18"s wont fit on the sixers? is it really that close if it does?
I knew the sixers 16" wheels would not fit on the front of the GT, but not the other way around.

They gotta fit. Someone back me up here.

i had read somewhere that the 18 x 8.5 bullitt will not fit a v6 due to the brake clearance

I would swear that the 17" bullitts were the same on the backside as the 18"s

I guess what I dont understand is how the 17" can fit on either car, but the 18 wont fit on the V6.
