The only thing I like from this kit are the tail lights. I'm waiting for someone to come out with a tailight design like that.

Halibrand is supposedly handling this project now but don't have anything on their website about it. They do however advertise it in many mustang magazines. Who knows. Last I heard they were making revisions to the design.

I just noticed the rear of the car still has muffler exits, does this mean the side exhausts are not functional ?

Yeah, i agree... i just showed my son and he was like... "let's do that!!!" LOL! If it were not for that price tag i would probably entertain it with a future stang! After the Shelby is finished of course Hummmm, let's see it would cost another 30 or so Grand for the car, $12 K plush shipping for the Kit, and another 5K in Coach purses, diamonds, etc for the wife to let me do it!!

While the front looks a whole lot like the CVS kits in the movie it doesn't complement the front end of the 05+. IMO. I am a HUGE fan of the 67-68 fastback conversions (why I bought my 68 FB). However it's too rounded in the headlight area like it belongs on the 94-98 body style or something

There is a 4 page thread about this car in the aftermarket section of the 2005+ section. It's the Twisted Halibrand car. They said it wouldn't be a $12k kit at all. The side exhaust is functional from what I remember. Last I read/heard the kit you see on the car in these pics was being redone, however I'm not sure what exactly was being redone. I have mixed feelings about the front of the car however I do like how the hood is extented out and looks more like the '67 Eleanor as far as the scoop is concerned. If Cervini's would make a hood that extends out like their B9 hood only for the Eleanor kit I would buy it, but they don't seem to want to. All I need to complete the look of my car is a front bumper, thinking Shelby but undecided, and the Eleanor hood. Decisions, decisions.

I must be the only person on the planet who
1. didn't like Eleanor to start
2. still doesn't like Eleanor
3. ... well there is no three but if there was, it would be good.

Anybody who would pay 12,000 just for a body kit should be tested for smoking crack! To bad they don't have a smiley symbol for that one.
